After the harvest, the fruit is kept in cold stores to be preserved at the temperature of 0 Celsius degrees. The high quality of our kiwifruit is the first guarantee for a perfect freshness and preservation. As a result, there is not any danger of having mouldy or rotten products. The richness of fibres is also a guarantee for a long lasting preserving time; for this reason the customer can always enjoy a fresh and natural fruit even after 7-8 months from the harvest time. |
