After the harvest, the fruit is kept in cold stores to be preserved at the temperature of 0 Celsius degrees. The high quality of our kiwifruit is the first guarantee for a perfect freshness and preservation. As a result, there is not any danger of having mouldy or rotten products. The richness of fibres is also a guarantee for a long lasting preserving time; for this reason the customer can always enjoy a fresh and natural fruit even after 7-8 months from the harvest time.
The size control, the packaging and the fruit delivery are processed within brief time so that the cold storage is guaranteed and the customer can enjoy soon a fresh kiwifruit, which is easy to keep always fresh.
